Lead Impact – #2 in the Top 10 PPV Networks

In a continuation of the top 10 ppv networks out there, we are at #2. Lead Impact, formerly known as “Zango” has quietly amassed a lot of user installs. Lead Impact delivers a ton of traffic, and if you can monetize a campaign with their traffic, you will appreciate the fine ROI that is to be had. Still, to this day, I find when I hit a winning campaign on Lead Impact, it’s almost reminiscent of doing ppv when it wasn’t overly competitive with other affiliates. You can literally get 1000% roi on campaigns, AND collect/amass a solid email  list at the same time.

A solid example of how to use lead impact to its fullest, is by showing you. I did some google operator searches the other day to find some grants and business landers, and came across a good example of what I find works well with Lead Impact. A squeeze lander, with links to a targetted cpa offer. http://www.grantadvisorusa.com/tv  – there is a rotator setup here, but you will see they are capturing emails, as well as sending the surfer to grants360 off the ewa network. Im not sure how long this campaign has ran or what the targets are, but thats not as important. It would appear that its created for Traffic Vance, but it would be the type of lander that works really well with Lead Impact. The auto-audio playing draws attention to the page, and that in itself makes a big difference when it comes to ppv ads.

BEST PPV NETWORKS FOR CPA, CPS, Lead generation, Email list building, Arbritrage, even Branding.

#2) Lead Impact – The largest volume of traffic of any of the ppv networks that we use on a consistent basis. Target your offer right with the proper targets, get your lander optimized and watch the profits roll in. ROI’s off this network can be sky-high and when u find a winning campaign, or one that has potential, it’s very possible to scale it and find other related targets that boost profits even more. On the flipside, you can burn a budget pretty quick trying to find the profitable targets, so be prepared to spend to find ;)

PROS:

  • Good quality – Traffic tends to be reasonably easy to “engage”
  • Low deposit requirement, reloads can be as low as $20 minimum. (Your original deposit min is $200)
  • High volume of traffic – The largest volume of traffic, above the other networks by a large amount.
  • Ability to get landers approved with autoplay video and/or audio embedded within them
  • Ability to see where your competitors bids are when you are the #1 bidder on a target
  • Ability to get a decent amount of International Traffic on Lead Impact. UK, AUS, CA, FR, etc …
  • You can get pretty much anything approved for your lander with the exception of copywright infringement materiels, same urls you are bidding on,  adult, casino and all the other sketchy shit on the internet.

CONS:

  • Very slow approval times (sometimes takes 3-4 days for a single campaign to go live, but not always)
  • Similar to to trafficvance, no option to bid on RON campaigns (Run of network.. to me, not as big of a deal, but a lot of guys are using the cheaper, less targeted traffic that most of the networks offer nowadays)
  • Some days the traffic plain old sucks, some days it can be golden. Be prepared for setting your “times of day” and “days of weeks” to run campaigns if you are wanting to optimize to the fullest.

Ok now it would appear I have a lot of Pro’s and very few Cons when comparing this network to Trafficvance, but take it all with a grain of salt. Lead impact’s traffic can be very lucrative, and you can see results very fast *once they get around to reviewing and approving your campaigns*. You can also spend a budget real fast with Lead Impact, so be sure to target your urls and add them slower then you might with the other networks. (ie: if you scrape 100 top urls, add just 10 at a time, give or take a few) Take your time with campaign testing and Lead Impact, because once you find a winner, you will enjoy profit from it for some time, and a great ROI.

CPVLabs just released a new update with included more the 15 changes to their CPV tracking/testing/campaign creation application. It is soon moving from serverside to a desktop app, using adobe air, so stay tuned. As it is, version 2.1 on a server has far more then I could ask for and will be giving more updates on some live campaigns I have going using it that turned profitable within days.

TOP 10 PPV / CPV Networks

Kudos to the guys over at ppvplaybook, with a decent attempt to give insightful info on a cool post, but its very dated. It even dawns on me that its slightly misleading in the first place, but I like the topic, and would like to share the results of my findings on the topic of ppv networks, their costs, their traffic quantity, quality and lead demographics.

Probably easier if I set this up in a spreadsheet or tables at least, but for now I’ll just verbalize it on paper and see how it comes out in point form format. I’ll shoot to do one a day for a week, but will likely end up being a top 10 over the span of 2 weeks. With the Christmas shopping season and general overall money stresses all around us, it’s time to maximize out returns, and what better way then with pretty much instant, qualified traffic to our offers…

BEST PPV NETWORKS FOR CPA, CPS, Lead generation, Email list building, Arbritrage, even Branding.

#1) Trafficvance – Surprise, trafficvance.com is the leader when it comes to being the premium of cpv traffic. When you target properly with them, you will bank and consistently enough to mimic ppc traffic, even seo quality (in some instances).

PROS:

  • Best quality – Traffic tends to be easier to “engage” with trafficvance then other networks (aside from Lead Impact)
  • High volume – Not the highest, but 2nd highest and not too far behind the leader in traffic (Lead Impact)
  • Fast approval times (sometimes within minutes, at any time of day)
  • Ability to get landers approved with autoplay video and/or audio embedded within them
  • By including a disclaimer, terms and about us link at bottom of page you can get pretty much anything but copywright infringement materiels, adult, casino and all the other sketchy shit on the internet.

CONS:

  • Expensive startup, they require $1000 up front and a reference (if you need, let me know via comments below)
  • Expensive pops for lucrative domains (upwards of $1 for many cpa offer urls and keywords)
  • Aggressive competition when bidding on lucrative targets (*hence the ppv bots)
  • No option to bid on RON campaigns (Run of network.. to me, not as big of a deal, but a lot of guys are using the cheaper, less targeted traffic that most of the networks offer nowadays)
  • Reviewers aren’t always in the USA, aren’t always able to “see” your offers/landers and will flat out reject them without realizing this (big hassle/pain in the ass)
  • International traffic is only available for “textlink” customers, so no “popup” traffic outside the USA. As well, international textlink customers require a completely separate account, $1000 deposit etc…
  • Inability to see what bid #2 is if you are #1 (hence another reason for creation of the bot)

Yea, I know I have more cons then pros for tvance, but that is just the way I look at things, especially when it’s abundantly clear how large they are and how easy it would be for them to perfect what they are doing above and beyond the cons I mention here… They are #1, they are great, but a few small things and they are gold to everyone who can afford to use them…

That wraps it up for this post, it should come as no surprise that trafficvance is the #1 rated ppv network by us over here at ppvdomination. It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise who comes in at #2 too. It’s the heaviest hitter in terms of volume of ALL the ppv networks. With their recent name change from “Zango” to Lead Impact, we will take a look at this ppv network powerhouse, and how to best harness it’s demographic in the next 2 days.

CPVLabs just released a new update with included more the 15 changes to their CPV tracking/testing/campaign creation application. TrafficVance.com Review 2010

Ok.. so I am guessing I’m not alone if I am using trafficvance.com as my main source of ppv traffic. In fact, I know all to well now, after having spent a load of money with them over the past 2 years, many are invading the network and making things expensive.

Let’s take a look at a few things that are going on. As unfortunate as it is, when you find something that appears “too good to be true”, it can be one of 2 things.. 1) It just DOESN’T exist, or 2) It’s not going to last much longer, or at all.

Having been a very satisfied CPA and CPS marketer, promoting leadgen and cost per sale with the cpv network trafficvance, I have noticed a never ending increase in bid prices. Using many tools (both paid and free) to build massive related keyword lists, and url lists, overall target costs have climbed dramatically. Trafficvance isn’t known for it’s “friendly” customer service, in fact it’s main VP of operations is quite oftentimes, headed out of the office as I ask a question, or taking a call etc. Rarely if ever does he get back to me with issues, but that’s ok, as I have now discovered a way to not need his assistance. What all marketers need to be aware of on trafficvance as of me writing this article, is that prices WILL continue to climb for pretty much all targets that are of any value, and if you do not have deep pockets, you could well be getting in over your head. For example, I am well aware of several trafficvance account holders, who about a  year ago would only let campaigns that produced 200-300% ROI run. (Without pausing). Nowadays, if they can find campaigns that produce ROI’s as low as 20-30%, they will spend upwards of thousands (a day). What this does is keeps “new” account holders or ppv marketers out of their markets (and targets). So essentially, who is winning here? Well, you guessed it, trafficvance and to a smaller degree, aged account holders at trafficvance.

This has forced a change in how marketers are promoting their offers via trafficvance, and with these changes, only the strong survive. If you are a new marketer, looking to get into trafficvance.com today, you are in the right place. We are well on our way with many different strategies (and different networks) to help marketers get the most out of their cpv and ppv advertising dollar. Combine our ppv bot for easy automation, with our valuable membership forum, and you will be knocking down big obstacles much faster then figuring it out on your own ;)

Direct CPV Demographics

In continuation of our post regarding PPV Networks demographics originally posted Here, we are including the latest stats for Direct CPV below:

GEO breakdown of DirectCPV based on 12 million users:

• Over 50% – US
• UK 6%
• AU 4%
• Germany 3%
• France 8%
• Brazil 5%
• Mexico 4%
• Japan 4%
• India, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, Philippines are anywhere from 1-3%.

Unfortunately, this is all we have been able to come up with for DirectCPV.  Direct CPV is similar to AdOn Network & Lead Impact in that they do not own their entire user base. They are a relatively new PPV Network and their user base is growing daily.  Below you will find keyword pass through variables for Direct CPV:

{{vurl}} : viewed URL
{{random}} : random number
{{keyword}} : SE keyword
{{category}} : category
{{sid}} : affiliateId-said
{{afsid}} : affiliateId
{{afssid}} : said
{{sm_vurl}} : target URL

We have used Direct CPV with mixed results to date.  Traffic is rather low compared to some of the other PPV traffic sources but new users are being added daily. Their user interface use to be quite cumbersome and slow but they have since redesigned it and it seems to be working much better.

When you have found that profitable campaign on one of the other PPV traffic networks, it is definately worth while to give Direct CPV a try.

Lead Impact Demographics

– Emoticons are by far the most popular, with 50% of users citing regular usage, e-mail backgrounds (26%), (21%) round out the Top 3 most popular products.
– 79% of users download the online tools from home.
– Males are more likely to download weather tools and screen savers, whereas females prefer emoticons and e-cards.
– The majority of users (67%) are female.

Gender

• 64% male/ 36% female

Age
• 66% of users 35+
• 51% of users 25-54
• Median age of 42

Household Income

Audience

US 3.5 million
UK 800,000
France 500,000
Germany 525,000
Spain 300,000
Canada 325,000
Australia 150,000
New Zealand 50,000

This is the latest information in which we have for Lead Impact. Just like AdOn Network, they do not operate the same as Traffic Vance in that they do not own their full user base so knowing exactly where all of their users come from is an impossible task.

We have found Lead Impact to convert fairly well. Lead Impact does not currently have near the competition that Traffic Vance has so their ppv traffic is comparatively cheap.  From our experience, Lead Impact seems to have the 2nd most ppv traffic behind Traffic Vance.

Zango has had their problems in the past, but since Lead Impact has taken them over, we have found this to be among our top 2 ppv networks of choice

AdOn Network Demographics

In continuation of our post regarding PPV Network demographics originally poster Here, we are including the latest stats for AdOn Network below:

Shoppers- some of the traffic comes from shopping adware.

Mostly young kids
Males 17-36, on social media and gaming sites

Need quick and easy offers

This is as much as we could gather for AdOn Network. They do not operate the same as Traffic Vance in that they do not own their full user base so knowing exactly where all of their users come from is an impossible task.

We have found AdOn Network to convert fairly well considering the demographics. And with minimum bids starting at .005, the ppv traffic is very cheap.  Also keep in mind that AdOn Network delivers your ads via popunder, not popup, so the ad is in front the prospects eyes when they close their browser.

TrafficVance Demographics

It’s always a good idea to know exactly what demographic you are targeting in your PPV Marketing efforts.  Following is the latest demographic release for TrafficVance.

63% married
60% with children
70% online every day
70% shopped online in the last 30 days

18-24 11%
25-34 17%
35-44 23%
45-54 19%

female / male population almost even

97% US traffic

A couple of things to keep in mind:

1. Remember our last post regarding TrafficVance and their International traffic efforts?  They will be adding to this substantially in the near future.

2. Remember that the majority of TrafficVance’s user base comes from gamevance.com.  Users agree to be shown ads in exchange for online games. What does this mean to you?  Well, most of these downloads are coming from kids, and remember kids have parents that spend time and money online.

We will be posting the remaining PPV Networks Demographics in the next couple of days so be sure to check back.

TrafficVance Goes International

TrafficVance has announced that as of midnight on February 12th, all members wishing to target International traffic will now need a separate International account.

The International account will be separate from US accounts and will require a $1,000 minimum deposit.

TrafficVance has announced that as of now their main focus will be the UK, CA, & AU.  Jonathan has informed me that their International user base is relatively small at this time.  This seems to be their main focus right now and International users are being added at twice the rate of US users.  It was recommended to me to wait approximately 6 months for them to build up the user base.

This will open up a whole new world of opportunity in the PPV Marketing arena.

For more information visit TrafficVance.com

Please check back as we will be releasing some very valuable PPV Marketing Tips in the near future.
