In continuation of our post regarding PPV Network demographics originally posted Here, we are including the latest stats for Lead Impact, formerly Zango, below:

– 41% of users are age 45 and older, with 45- to 54-year-olds representing the majority.
– Emoticons are by far the most popular, with 50% of users citing regular usage, e-mail backgrounds (26%), (21%) round out the Top 3 most popular products.
– 79% of users download the online tools from home.
– Males are more likely to download weather tools and screen savers, whereas females prefer emoticons and e-cards.
– The majority of users (67%) are female.

Gender

• 64% male/ 36% female

Age
• 66% of users 35+

• Median age of 42

Audience

US 3.5 million
UK 800,000
France 500,000
Germany 525,000
Spain 300,000
Canada 325,000
Australia 150,000
New Zealand 50,000

This is the latest information in which we have for Lead Impact. Just like AdOn Network, they do not operate the same as Traffic Vance in that they do not own their full user base so knowing exactly where all of their users come from is an impossible task.

We have found Lead Impact to convert fairly well. Lead Impact does not currently have near the competition that Traffic Vance has so their ppv traffic is comparatively cheap.  From our experience, Lead Impact seems to have the 2nd most ppv traffic behind Traffic Vance.

Zango has had their problems in the past, but since Lead Impact has taken them over, we have found this to be among our top 2 ppv networks of choice

Interesting stuff. Just curious where you get all the demographic and audience info from? Do you do your own research, and if so is more of it available?
    Thanks.

  2. Ty says:

Our data comes directly from our Account Reps. and through our own research. Knowing your target audience is essential and we try to stay on top of it.

    Dear ty,

its really very valueable information or demographics of leadimpact. i was really looking for this . thanks for sharing your research. i have one question regarding your research that, is it possible that you can figure out which or what kind of websites usually audiences also visit regaularly?? i mean do they visit only media or entertainment sites, product sites or software sites etc etc.?
if you get that that would be very valueable. if its any chance then please reply to this comment.

once again thanks a lot for sharing such a great information.

    regards,

  5. giovanni says:

Why does firesfox give a security warning when trying to open the website?
Is it secure to overwrite this?

  6. Ty says:

Lead Impact is a safe site, yes. Honestly, I’ve never heard from anyone getting a security warning for them when using FF.

Definitely good to know. Thank you.

    Thanks,
    Ty

Thanks for the data but the there is one that is conflicts:

It reads above (at time of this post):

    – The majority of users (67%) are female.

    However below:

    Gender

    • 64% male/ 36% female

Hmmm… It would seem to me 36% female isn’t 67%.

I am looking for partner that will splitt LeadImpact inital deposit of $200, so that my costs are lower for testing this service. 2 or more partners would be great, so that each for eg. 3 partner inital deposit would be only $70. Contact:

  10. aff says:

your stats are a little confusing. you say “– The majority of users (67%) are female.” then right below that you say “• 64% male/ 36% female”. Am I reading this wrong?

  11. Hak says:

    Hi Ty

I was looking for this kind of info, cz been using LI since April 15, thks a lot.

Any idea, based on ur experience, about which campaign converts the best?

    Thks

    Cheers

  12. Simdog says:

Lead Impact sucks. Traffic is really cheap, but is horrible quality. I tried to advertise there, but no results. A product that I had converted at 20%, had 0% conversions after hundreds of alleged clicks on their network! Therefore, ROI is no good!
